Mesquite (Long Post)

I got a call from my grandma a few weeks ago saying that my grandpa had been in the hospital for the past few weeks.... She had said that he had back surgery and that he was only able to get half of it done because he had gotten staff infection. So they sent him home and he was very sick and couldn't hold anything down so they went back only to find out that he needed his gall blabber out too... well they didn't think he would be able to handle all of the surgery's so they said they would do 1 at a time and sent him home with some prescriptions and told him to make an appointment for the surgery's 1 at a time.... Well later on in the week i get another phone call from my grandma saying he had just had 2 strokes in 1 week! What more can my grandpa handle??? So my grandma ask if we could come and visit and bring Rylee for him to play with so of course we said yes (who would turn down fun in the sun and visiting your favorite grandparents??)

So we book are hotel and start planning to go down.. Nick and i both work Saturday days so we didn't get to leave till 7 Saturday night we picked up my brother Chance on our way out there it was nice to see him i only see him once or twice a year!

We didnt get there till 11 that night so we dropped Chance off at my grandparents and went to the hotel and went to sleep.

The next day we went to my grand parents and and Rylee played all day with them my grandpa was so excited to play with her i wish i would have gotten some pictures of them but my camera was dead and back at the hotel....

We were able to stay there till Monday and swim and just relax. We found this really cute splash pad that Rylee couldn't get enough of! It was so much fun and my grandpa is doing so much better. I'm so glad i got to go out there and see them.
